Many train companies changed their schedules: TransPennine Express says dont go north of Carlisle‚ while South Western Rail is asking people to skip non-important trips west of Basingstoke. The stormʼs effects will last through weekend with Wales and South-West England getting hit by heavy rain — maybe 75mm in most places but over 100mm in hilly areas
