Coroner Clears Pleasure Cruiser in Bournemouth Beach Tragedy
A coroner has ruled out the involvement of a pleasure cruiser in the deaths of two young people off Bournemouth beach last year. The full inquest into the tragic incident is set to begin soon.

However, after a thorough investigation involving expert consultation, the police determined that the vessel's movement did not contribute to the dangerous sea conditions during the incident.
Coroner Rachael Griffin stated during a pre-inquest review, "I have ruled out the involvement of the Dorset Belle and it being a causative and contributory factor in Joe and Sunnah's death." She emphasized that linking the boat to the deaths or previous incidents would be speculative and unsupported by evidence.
