NHS bosses might lose jobs after silencing staff who report problems
NHS managers could face job-bans for covering up staff complaints about patient safety. New government plans suggest creating special rules for health-service bosses who currently work without oversight
NHS top-brass might lose their jobs if they try to silence workers who point-out problems‚ according to fresh plans released on Nov-24th. Unlike doctors and nurses NHS managers dont need any special permits to work (which lets them move between jobs even after bad behavior)
The plans come after news-reports showed how managers hurt careers of medical staff who spoke up. Some bosses even hired private-detectives and lawyers to dig-up dirt on workers‚ while others made-up evidence to make good workers look bad
