Choe Son-hui‚ North Koreas foreign minister met with Sergei Lavrov in Moscow and stated their full backing for what she called Russias holy-war against Ukraine. The high-level talk happened as NK troops prepare to join the conflict

The diplomatic meeting showed off a new-found friendship between Moscow and Pyongyang: both ministers discussed their growing military partnership (which includes weapon supplies and troop support).
